Accessibility Service has been turned off means that Accessibility for Covenant Eyes on an Android™ has been turned off.

We note instances when Accessibility has been turned off in the Activity Feed, but we're still testing this feature so it doesn't impact the member's Activity Summary.

  • Accessibility Service has been turned off only applies to Android™ devices.

  • Accessibility has been turned off means our access to the device's Accessibility feature (which helps Covenant Eyes run in the background of the device) has been off for a period of time.

  • This event may occur because the member turned off Accessibility for Covenant Eyes in the Settings app. However, some Android™ devices with lower-quality processors may randomly turn off Accessibility for Covenant Eyes.

  • When Accessibility is turned back on (either automatically by the Covenant Eyes app or by the member), you'll see an Accessibility Service has been turned on event in the Activity Feed.

  • To talk to the member about these events, tap the "Ask (member name)" button to start a private Conversation in the Victory app
