How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password with Victory® via a password reset email.

1. Tap this link if you forgot your password and need to reset it.
    
2. Type in your username and email address, and tap "Continue."
   

3. You'll see a confirmation screen that the email was sent. Go to your email inbox and locate the password reset email from Covenant Eyes. Tap "Reset Password."

   Emails from Covenant Eyes may end up in spam or junk folders. Check both if you didn't receive an email to your main or primary inbox. To keep this from happening in the future, mark the email as "safe" and move it out of your spam/junk folder.

   
   
   

4. Type in your new password in the New Password field, enter it again in the Verify New Password field, and tap "Reset Password."

   Password Requirements:
   - Must be at least 8 characters
   - May not exceed 64 characters
   - Must contain at least one letter
   - Must contain at least one number
   - Start with a letter or number
   - Valid characters include: letters, numbers, @ # $ % & + - = ^ !
   - May NOT contain username, first or last name
