How do I update my security question and answer?

You can update your security question and answer by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, tapping "Edit My Info," and typing in your new question and answer.

Before You Begin

• The Account Admin (Admin) cannot view or change the security question or answer for members on their account.
   
• Only members can change their security question and answer.
   
• You cannot view their old security question answer in Victory, but they can type in a new answer.

Update Security Question & Answer

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
   
3. Tap "Edit my info."
   
4. Type your new security question in the Security Question field, type your answer in the Security Answer field, scroll down, and tap the "Save" button.
   
5. You'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
