“Analyzing” appears on the Victory Shield™ app menu when Victory Shield™ hasn’t captured screenshots in the past hour.
Device Was Asleep
The Victory Shield™ menu displays the number of screenshots taken in the previous hour. If your device’s screen is off for over an hour and you open our menu, you’ll see “Analyzing.”
Once you use your device and begin browsing again, re-open the Victory Shield™ menu, and instead of “analyzing,” you’ll see the number of screenshots taken.
Screen Recording on Mac®
If the Victory Shield™ menu is stuck on “analyzing” or there are no screenshots from your Mac® in the Victory app’s Activity Feed or email Check-in, check that Victory Shield™ has access to Screen Recording in System Settings:
Click on the Apple menu
> System Settings >
Privacy & Security > Screen Recording. Then make sure Victory Shield™ is toggled on.
Screen Casting on Android™
When you install Victory Shield™ on an Android™ phone or tablet running Android™ 10 or lower, we prompt you to enable Screen Casting in Settings so we can take screenshots of your device.
If the Victory Shield™ menu is stuck on “analyzing” or there are no screenshots from your Android™ device in the Victory app’s Activity Feed or email Check-in, uninstall and reinstall the Victory Shield™ app.
