How do I fix the M211 error on a Mac®?

The M211 error happens when you try to use a public WiFi or hotspot, and the Covenant Eyes software tried connecting to our database, but you have not agreed to the network’s terms and conditions page.

Review the following list to pinpoint the issue and get online: 

  1. Restart the computer 
  2. Connect to the public network and accept the terms and conditions page
