How do I fix the M211 error on a Mac®?

The M211 error happens when you try to use a public WiFi or hotspot, and the Victory Shield™ software tries connecting to our database, but you have not agreed to the network’s terms and conditions page.

Review the following list to pinpoint the issue and get online: 

  1. Restart the computer 
  2. Connect to the public network and accept the terms and conditions page
