Before You Begin

  • On Mac® computers running macOS® 10.15 Catalina or higher, Covenant Eyes needs access to “Screen Recording” in System Settings to screen-capture your activity.

  • Screen Recording is a privacy setting on Mac® computers that allows programs (like Zoom and Covenant Eyes) to monitor and view your screen.
  • If Covenant Eyes doesn’t have access to Screen Recording on Mac®, an M062 error message may occur, and you’ll see a Service Interruption message as part of your activity in your Activity Feed in the Victory app or email Check-in.

Turn on Screen Recording for Covenant Eyes

  1. From your Mac® desktop, click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen and select “System Settings…”
