A Switched Victory Shield™ User Activity Event occurs when a different user signs in to Victory Shield™ on a device.
We note when someone switches the Victory Shield™ user in the Activity Feed, and it triggers a Highlighted Activity, which is not typically a reason for concern. But some activity is good for you to double-check Check-in.
- We flag switching users because multiple switch user activity events may indicate that the member is bypassing accountability by signing into Victory Shield™ with a username that has no Allies.
- However, switching users may be expected if a family or multiple people share a device and change users when they use it.
- To talk to the member about this, tap the blue chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Switched Victory Shield™ User activity event to start a private Chat in the Victory app.
