An Accessibility Service Turned Off Activity Event means that Accessibility for Victory Shield™ on an Android™ has been turned off.

We note instances when Accessibility has been turned off in the Activity Feed, but we're still testing this feature, so it doesn't impact the member's Check-in.

  • This activity event applies only to Android™ devices.

  • Victory Shield™ needs access to a specific setting, called Accessibility, on Android™ devices in order to run in the background.

  • This activity event may occur because the member turned off Accessibility for Victory Shield™ in the Settings app. However, some Android™ devices with lower-quality processors may randomly turn off Accessibility for Victory Shield™.

  • When Accessibility is turned back on (either automatically by the Victory Shield™ app or by the member), you'll see an Accessibility Service has been turned on activity event in the Activity Feed.

  • To talk to the member about this, tap the blue chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Accessibility Service activity event to start a private Chat in the Victory app
