Check Your Home Screen
You should see the Victory Shield™ eye icon at the bottom of the screen (near the WiFi or Ethernet symbol).
The icon may also be in the hidden icon tray (click the downward-pointing arrow to view your icons and see if Victory Shield™ is there). If you cannot find the icon anywhere, install Victory Shield™.
Check the Screenshot Counter
In the Victory Shield™ app menu, we list the number of screenshots we've taken in the last 60 minutes. To check if Victory Shield™ is taking screenshots, follow these steps:
- Click on the Victory Shield™ icon (you may need to click the downward-pointing arrow to access the Victory Shield™ icon).
- At the bottom of the menu, you'll see the number of screenshots Victory Shield™ took in the last hour.
Check Your Reporting Method
Finally, the Windows computer should appear in the Activity Summary's Device Status section.
