You may not be able to get online on a Windows computer with Victory Shield™ for multiple reasons. Also, if Victory Shield™ is slowing down your computer, it may be because something on your computer is conflicting with Victory Shield™.
Review the following list to identify the issue and get online:
- Make sure your computer is connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet
- Check the version of Victory Shield™ on your computer and make sure you're on the newest version
- Review our list of known conflicting programs
- If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
- If you use filtering, check your computer for conflicting programs or parental controls
- If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Victory Shield™ and reinstall it
Airplanes' In-Flight WiFi is not compatible with Victory Shield™. Unfortunately, the only way to connect and get online is to uninstall Victory Shield™. We suggest speaking to your ally and communicating how you plan to use your devices when traveling.
