Compatibility: The Victory Shield™ Windows software is compatible with Windows 10 and 11.

Antivirus (AV): Most AV programs are compatible with Victory Shield™, but a few aren't. Review our list of known AV conflicts before you install Victory Shield™.

App Recommendation Settings: Go to your computer's app recommendation settings (Choose where to get apps) and set it to "anywhere." This setting allows you to install Victory Shield™ from Victory Online since our software isn't available in the Microsoft Store.

VPNs: If you use a VPN on your computer and also subscribe to our filtering service, you won't be able to get online after you install Victory Shield™. Remove the VPN or remove filtering.
- Administrator Profile: Please install Victory Shield™ on the Windows Administrator profile, or you may experience issues.
Install Victory Shield™
- Go to victory.covenanteyes.com/downloads and log in with your username and password.
- Click "Windows" and then click the "Download" button.
- After Victory Shield™ finishes downloading, open File Explorer (the file folder icon at the bottom of your screen).
- Select "Downloads" and double-click on "VictoryShieldWindows."
- Select "Yes" to install Victory Shield™.
- Please wait while Victory Shield™ prepares to install. Once it's done, you'll automatically see the next screen.
- Select "Next" to install Victory Shield™.
- Select "Next" again.
- Please be patient while Victory Shield™ installs. After it finishes installing, you'll automatically see the following screen.
- Click "Finish" to exit the installer.
- Great job! You successfully installed Victory Shield™. You'll see a confirmation message, which you can close by hitting the "X" in the top right-hand corner.
- You will automatically be signed into Victory Shield™. But to make sure you're signed in, navigate to the system tray by clicking the downward-pointing arrow in the bottom right-hand corner and hovering your mouse over our icon. You can now use any internet browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.), and Victory Shield™ will run in the background to monitor your activity.
