To see if Victory Shield™ is working properly on an Android™, check your home screen for the Victory Shield™ app, ensure our VPN is running, check the "last screenshot" time, and see if your device is listed in your reporting method.

Check Your Home Screen

The Victory Shield™ app should be on the Android™ home screen. If you cannot find it, install Victory Shield™ via the Google Play™ Store.

Check Our VPN

If Victory Shield™ works properly on an Android™, the VPN icon (a key) should be at the top of the screen. The VPN monitors all your web and app traffic.

  1. Next to your WiFi or connection symbol, you'll see a key icon representing our VPN.

Check the "Last Screenshot" Time

In the Victory Shield™ app, we list the last time we took a screenshot. To check the last time Victory Shield™ took a screenshot:

  1. Open the Victory Shield™ app on the Android™.
     Group.png
  2. Tap "Settings."
  3. Tap "Options."
  4. Tap "Show Statistics."
    Show Stats.png
  5. Scroll down and look next to "Last screenshot" to view the time we last took a screenshot.

If the member hasn't used the device in a while, the "Last screenshot" time will reflect that. If you're concerned that Victory Shield™ was not taking screenshots when the member was using the device, you can uninstall and reinstall.

Check Your Reporting Method

Finally, the Android™ should appear in the free Victory app's or email Check-in's Device Status section.
