Why can't I get online on an Android™?

You may not be able to get online on an Android™ device if it doesn't have a connection to the internet, airplane mode is on, conflicting apps are present, or if our filter is blocking the content you're trying to view.

  1. Make sure your Android™ is connected to the internet via WiFi or Cellular Data
     
  2. Make certain Airplane Mode is off
     
  3. Review our list of known conflicting programs
     
  4. If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
     
  5. If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it
