You may not be able to get online on an Android™ device if it doesn't have a connection to the internet, airplane mode is on, conflicting apps are present, or if our filter is blocking the content you're trying to view.
- Make sure your Android™ is connected to the internet via WiFi or Cellular Data
- Make certain Airplane Mode is off
- Review our list of known conflicting programs
- If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
- If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it
