A Victory Shield™ Uninstall Activity Event means the Victory Shield™ app was uninstalled from a device. We record uninstalls so Allies are aware the device is no longer monitored.
We note Victory Shield™ uninstalls in the Activity Feed, and they also trigger a We detected concerning activity Check-in.
- Multiple installs and uninstalls may indicate that the member is uninstalling Victory Shield™ to bypass accountability, then reinstalling it afterward.
- We flag the uninstall because Victory Shield™ can no longer monitor the device.
- To talk to the member about this, tap the blue chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Victory Shield™ Uninstall activity event to start a private Chat in the Victory app.
Due to Apple's policies, we cannot detect if a member uninstalls the Victory Shield™ app on an iPhone® or iPad®. So we detect if a member installs the Victory Shield™ app.
