When the Victory Shield™ VPN reaches Apple's memory limit on the device, Apple shuts it off. We designed our VPN to automatically turn back on, but sometimes it fails, causing it to continually try to turn on, and Apple shuts it off, resulting in it "blinking."
Fix the Blinking VPN
Follow the steps below to fix the VPN blinking on an iPhone®:
- Remove any other VPNs or VPN apps from the iPhone®.
- Uninstall Victory Shield™.
- Install Victory Shield™.
If the above steps didn't resolve the VPN issue, you can reach out to Member Care via the Victory Shield™ app. Open Victory Shield™ on the iPhone®, tap "Settings," "Contact Us," and "Report an Issue."
