  • The Personal Subscription is not available to new members. This article only applies to members using our discontinued (legacy) Personal Subscription.

  • Only the Account Admin (Admin) can adjust/upgrade subscriptions.

  • A Personal Subscription's price depends on the number of usernames and services you have on your account.

The Admin can compare what they're paying to our current pricing to see if they're on the most cost-effective subscription.
