The Account Admin (Admin) can restart the subscription by signing into victory.covenanteyes.com, navigating to the Subscriptions page, and tapping "Upgrade My Account."
Before You Begin
- Only the Admin can restart a canceled subscription.
- Your billing information and subscription options are not available in the Victory app. To manage them, please visit victory.covenanteyes.com.
- After restarting a subscription, accounts with open invoices or past-due balances will have their outstanding amounts collected, along with the charge for the new subscription.
- Admins who subscribed via in-app purchase on an Apple or Android™ device and canceled their subscriptions can restart their subscriptions (see steps below) directly with Covenant Eyes at our price.
Restart Your Subscription

Tap this link to go to the Subscriptions page on victory.covenanteyes.com. If prompted, sign in with your existing username and password.
- Tap "Learn more."
- Review your subscription options, and tap "Upgrade" on the one you want.
- Choose a security question, type in your answer, and tap the "Next" button.

Select Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime billing. Also, please know that your state may require us to charge you sales tax. Then tap the "Next" button.
Lifetime Subscriptions are not refundable or transferable (see End User License Agreement section 7).
- Enter your card information and full name into their respective fields.
- Enter your address, email, and phone number in their respective fields.
- If you'd like to receive text messages from Covenant Eyes, tap the box next to "Yes, please text me about getting started." If you selected Monthly or Yearly billing, check the box next to "I consent to recurring payments" to approve charges from Covenant Eyes.
- Then scroll down and tap the "Start My Membership" button.
- Great! You restarted your subscription. On the following screens, you can continue through the onboarding prompts to customize your account and experience. Or you can tap "Finish Set Up Later" and read the following articles to finish setting up your account:
