How do I change my subscription's billing frequency?

The Account Admin (Admin) can change a subscription's billing frequency (monthly, yearly, or Lifetime billing) by signing into victory.covenanteyes.com and navigating to the Subscriptions page.

Before You Begin


  • Only the Admin can change a subscription's billing frequency.
     
  • Your billing information and subscription options are not available in the Victory app. To manage them, please visit victory.covenanteyes.com
     
  • You cannot change your subscription's billing frequency via victory.covenanteyes.com if you subscribed via the App Store® or the Google Play Store™.
     
  • You cannot change your subscription's billing frequency if you have an overdue balance or an open invoice. You'll need to pay the balance first.

Change Billing Frequency


  1. Tap this link to go to the Subscriptions page on victory.covenanteyes.com. If prompted, sign in with your existing username and password.
     
  2. Under Billing Frequency, tap "Edit."
  3. Choose Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime billing. Tap the "Confirm Payment Details" button.

    Lifetime Subscriptions are not refundable or transferable (see End User License Agreement section 7). 

  4. Tap "Card" to pay with your credit or debit card, or select "Bank" to pay with your account and routing number.

    To pay for your subscription via your bank account information, tap "Bank," type in your bank's name, create a free Link account by entering your email and phone number, sign into your bank, and Link will save your bank information. Then proceed to step #5.

  5. Enter your name and address into the correct fields. (If your information was already filled in and correct, proceed to step #6.)
  6. Tap the blue "Update Billing Frequency" button.
  7. Review the payment amount that is due. Then tap the blue "Confirm" button.
  8. You'll see a confirmation message. You're all set! We'll also send an email to the billing email address on file.
