Before You Begin
- Only the Account Admin (Admin) can change a subscription's billing frequency (monthly, yearly, or Lifetime billing) via Victory Online.
- You cannot change your subscription's billing frequency via Victory Online if you subscribed via the App Store® or the Google Play Store™.
- You cannot change your subscription's billing frequency if you have an overdue balance or open invoice. You'll need to pay the balance first.
Change Billing Frequency

Tap this link to view your Subscriptions page in Victory Online and sign in with your existing username and password.
- Under Billing Frequency, tap "Edit."
- Choose Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime billing.
Lifetime Subscriptions are not refundable or transferable (see End User License Agreement section 7).
- Tap the "Confirm Payment Details" button.
- Enter your payment information and billing address. Then tap the blue "Update Billing Frequency" button.
- Review the payment amount that is due. Then tap the blue "Confirm" button.
- You'll see a confirmation message. You're all set! We'll also send an email to the billing email address on file.
