How do I refresh Victory Shield™?

The process for refreshing Victory Shield™ is slightly different depending on your device. Select a device below for instructions.

Android™

  1. Open the Victory Shield™ app and tap the "Settings" option in the bottom right.
  2. Tap "Refresh."
  3. You'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!

iPhone®

  1. Open the Victory Shield™ app on the iPhone®.

  2. Tap "Settings."

  3. Tap "Refresh."

  4. The Refresh option quickly says "Refreshing..." while refreshing Victory Shield™. You're all set!

Mac®

  1. Click the eye icon on the Mac® menu bar at the top of your screen.

  2. Click "Refresh Victory Shield" from the menu.

  3. You'll see a "Refresh Complete" message. You're all set!

Windows

  1. Click on the small arrow (^) in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Once you click the arrow, it'll point downward. Then right-click on the Victory Shield™ icon.
  2. Click "Refresh Victory Shield" from the menu.
