Filter Guardian (Guardian) can change the Blocking Level by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the "People" tab, tapping "Profile" under the member's name, and choosing "Standard" or "Strong Blocking" under Blocking Level.
Before You Begin
- This article works for both Guaridans and Members.

Guardians have complete control over the Blocking Level for the members they're helping.

Members have limited control over their Blocking Level. They can only change it from Standard to Strong Blocking, and once they change it, only the Guardian can change it back to Standard.
Change the Blocking Level
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap the "People" tab.

Select "Profile" for the person whose Blocking Level you want to change.
If you want to change your own Blocking Level, tap your initials in the top-right corner, tap "Settings," and proceed to step #4.

Under Blocking Level, tap the bubble next to "Standard" or "Strong Blocking."
- We'll automatically save your changes, and you'll see a confirmation message. Please have the member refresh Victory Shield™ on their devices to update the filter. You're all set!
