How do I turn on filtering?

You can use the Victory app to turn on filtering by selecting Standard Blocking or Strong Blocking under Blocking Level.

Before You Begin

• Filter Guardians can follow the steps below to turn on filtering for members they're helping. 
   
• Members can also use this article to turn on filtering for themselves (see the note in step #3).

Turn On Filtering

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap the "People" tab.
   

3. Select "Profile" for the person you want to enable filtering for. 

   If you want to change your own Blocking Level, tap your initials in the top-right corner, tap "Settings," and proceed to step #4.

   
   

4. Under Blocking Level, tap the bubble next to "Standard Blocking" or "Strong Blocking."

   

5. We'll automatically save your changes, and you'll see a confirmation message. Please have the member refresh Victory Shield™ on their devices to activate the filter. You're all set!
