Filter Guardians (Guardian) can remove filtering by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the "People" tab, tapping "Profile" under the member's name, and choosing "None" under Blocking Level.
Before You Begin

Only a member's Guardian can turn off filtering for that member.
- By default, Account Admins (Admins) are Guardians for all members on the account unless they add someone else as a Guardian.
- Admins who are their own Guardians can turn off filtering for themselves.
Turn Off Filtering
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap the "People" tab.
- Select "Profile" for the person you want to disable filtering for. (If you want to disable filtering for yourself, tap your initials in the top-right corner, tap "Settings," and proceed to step #4.)
- Under Blocking Level, tap the bubble next to "None."
- We'll automatically save your changes, and you'll see a confirmation message. Please have the member refresh Victory Shield™ on their devices to deactivate the filter. You're all set!
