How do I uninstall Victory Shield™ on a Mac®?

Before You Begin


  • Uninstall Code: You need an Uninstall Code to uninstall Victory Shield™ on a Mac®.
     
  • Canceled Subscriptions: Even if you canceled your subscription, please uninstall Victory Shield™ to prevent notifications or constant sign-in prompts. You can generate an uninstall code via step #4 in the article below.

Uninstall Victory Shield™ on Mac®


  1. Open Finder (the blue and white face in the Dock).

  2. Click "Applications" and double-click the "Utilities" folder. 

    In versions before 1.5.0, our software was called "Covenant Eyes" and our Uninstall Covenant Eyes file is located in Applications (not the Utilities folder).

  3. Click "Uninstall Victory Shield."

    In versions before 3.16, our software was named "Covenant Eyes," and our uninstall file is displayed in the Utilities folder as "Uninstall Covenant Eyes.

     

  4. If you have an Uninstall Code, enter it and click "Uninstall." If you don't have an Uninstall Code, click "Get Code…," enter your username and password to get one, and then click "Uninstall."
  5. Type in your computer password (not your Victory Shield™ password) to confirm uninstalling. Then click "OK."
  6. Type in your computer password (not your Victory Shield™ password) to confirm the removal of our program's system extension. Then click "OK."
  7. You uninstalled Victory Shield™. Click the "Close" button to exit the uninstaller. If you receive a prompt to restart your computer, please restart it.
