Only the Filter Guardian can adjust filter settings in our online member portal, My Account.
If the filter is blocking a website, you may see a "Your filter settings are currently blocking your access to (website name)" message.
Access the Website
- Make sure the website isn't blocked in your Custom Website List: Tap this link to view your Custom Website List and sign in with your Covenant Eyes username and password. You can ask your Filter Guardian to remove it if it is blocked.
- Allow the website in your Custom Website List: If the website isn't blocked in your Custom Website List, you can ask your Filter Guardian to add it as an allowed website in your Custom Website List.
- Change your Blocking Level: Tap this link to view your Blocking Level and sign in with your Covenant Eyes username and password. If you're using the Strong Blocking Level, you can ask your Filter Guardian to change your Blocking Level to Standard (default), so you can access the website.
- Contact Member Care: If you still can't access a certain website and need help, please get in touch with Member Care for assistance.
