You can change a username to no services by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, selecting "Settings" or the member's name, and selecting "No Services" under Services.
Before You Begin

Only Account Admins (Admins) can change a username to 'no services'.
- Changing a username to no services disables Screen Accountability (monitoring) and Filtering (website blocking) for the member. The username stays on the account, and an Admin can still assign the member any account role (like Ally or Filter Guardian).
- The Admin cannot remove services from all the usernames on their account. There must be at least one username with services on the account.
- Removing services does not cancel your subscription or change your subscription's price [exception: (legacy) Personal Subscriptions].
Change a Username to No Services
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select the person you want to remove services for. If you want to remove services for yourself, tap "Settings" and proceed to step #4.
- Under Services, tap "No Services." We'll automatically save your changes, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
