How do I change a username to no services?

You can change a username to no services by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, selecting "Settings" or the member's name, and selecting "No Services" under Services.

Before You Begin

  • Only Account Admins (Admins) can change a username to 'no services'.

  • Changing a username to no services disables Screen Accountability (monitoring) and Filtering (website blocking) for the member. The username stays on the account, and an Admin can still assign the member any account role (like Ally or Filter Guardian).

  • The Admin cannot remove services from all the usernames on their account. There must be at least one username with services on the account.

  • Removing services does not cancel your subscription or change your subscription's price [exception: (legacy) Personal Subscriptions].
