You can turn off Screen Accountability (formerly called "No Services") for a member by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, selecting "Settings" or the member's name, and moving the "Screen Accountability" toggle switch to the left.
Before You Begin
-
Only Account Admins (Admins) can turn off Screen Accountability.
-
Turning off Screen Accountability also turns off Filtering. Members cannot have Filtering without Screen Accountability. Therefore, the member will have no services and will be unable to sign in to the Victory Shield™ app.
- After an Admin turns off Screen Accountability, the member's username stays on the account, and an Admin can still assign the member any account role (like Ally or Filter Guardian).
- The Admin cannot remove Screen Accountability from all the usernames on their account. There must be at least one username with Screen Accountability.
- Removing Screen Accountability does not cancel your subscription or change your subscription's price [exception: (legacy) Personal Subscriptions].
Remove Screen Accountability
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select the person you want to remove services for. If you want to remove services for yourself, scroll down, tap "Settings," and proceed to step #4.
- Under Services, move the "Screen Accountability" toggle switch to the left to turn it off.
- We'll automatically save your changes, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
