You can change your Device Status settings by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, selecting Settings, and checking the box next to "Push Notifications" or "Email" under Device Status.
Before You Begin
- The Account Admin (Admin) cannot change Device Status Notification settings for people on their account. Each person on the account must login to Victory to change their Unread Chats settings.
- Your Device Status Notification settings determine how we notify you of two activity events: Victory Shield™ Installs for iPhone® and the VPN turning off or on.

Push notifications are enabled by default.
- To receive push notifications about Device Status, you must install the free Victory app on your iPhone® or Android™ and enable notifications.
Change Device Status Notifications Settings
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Settings."
- Tap the "Notifications" tab.

Under Device Status, tap the boxes next to the settings you want.
Uncheck both boxes next to Push Notifications and Email to stop receiving Device Status notifications altogether.
