You can change your Check-in Reminder Frequency notifications settings by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, selecting Settings, and checking the box next to "Every day," "Every 3 days," or "Every 7 days" under Notifications.

Before You Begin

  • Your Check-in Reminder Frequency notification settings determine if and when we notify you to connect with the member you are helping. There are two types: Push Notifications and Email. You can select one, both, or none.

  • You must install the free Victory app on your iPhone® or Android™ device and turn on notifications for Victory to receive Check-in Reminder Push Notifications.

  • Email Check-ins (previously called email reports) contain the person you're helping's activity and are typically sent by 9 AM ET at the frequency you select.

  • The Account Admin (Admin) cannot change Check-in Reminder Frequency settings for people on their account. Each person on the account must log in to Victory to change their settings.
