You can get an Uninstall Code by logging into Victory online, navigating to your Profile page, tapping "Downloads," selecting a device, selecting a user, and then tapping "Get Uninstall Code."
Before You Begin

Uninstall Code: You need an Uninstall Code to uninstall Victory Shield™ on a Mac® and Windows computer.

Uninstall Permission: If you have Uninstall Permission and an active subscription, you can get an Uninstall Code via the process below.

No Uninstall Permission: If an Account Admin (Admin) removed your Uninstall Permission, you cannot get an Uninstall Code, but your Admin can below.
- Canceled Subscriptions: You cannot generate an Uninstall Code below if you canceled your subscription. However, you can do so via step #6 in the Windows uninstall article and step #3 in the Mac® uninstall article.

Use this link to sign in to Victory Online on any device.
- Tap "Mac®" or "Windows."
- Tap the member's name from the drop-down menu and click "Get Uninstall Code."
- The Uninstall Code will automatically generate on your screen.
