You can change your Unread Chats settings by logging into the Victory app, navigating to your profile, selecting Settings, and checking the box next to "Push Notifications" or "Email" under Unread Chats.
Before You Begin
- The Account Admin (Admin) cannot change Unread Chats settings for people on their account. Each person on the account must login to Victory to change their Unread Chats settings.
- Your Unread Chats settings determine if and how we notify you of any unread messages in your Victory Chats.

Push notifications and email are enabled by default.
- To receive push notifications about unread chats, you must install the free Victory app on your iPhone® or Android™ and enable notifications.
Change Unread Chats Settings
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Settings."
- Tap the "Notifications" tab.

Under Unread Chats, tap the boxes next to the settings you want. We'll automatically save your changes, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
Uncheck both boxes next to Push Notifications and Email to stop receiving Unread Chats notifications altogether.
