The Connectivity Assist setting in iOS® 27 may prevent Victory Shield™ from filtering websites on your iPhone®. Turning off Connectivity Assist in the iPhone® Settings app restores filtering for most members. Victory Shield's monitoring and reporting services continue to work normally on iOS 27.
Connectivity Assist is the successor to Wi-Fi Assist. When iPhone users upgrade to iOS 27, Connectivity Assist is automatically enabled. That setting is affecting the functions that we use for filtering. We have reported this matter to Apple®. Whether the matter is resolved by us with a different workaround or by Apple in the next version of iOS 27, we will update this page as we have news to share.
Turn Off Connectivity Assist
- Open the iPhone® Settings app.
- Tap "Wi-Fi."

Scroll down and move the "Connectivity Assist" toggle switch to the left to turn it off.
That should do it! If the filter still isn't working, please submit a ticket and allow us to take a closer look for you.
