Only the Account Admin can restart a canceled subscription in our online member portal, My Account.
- Tap this link to view your Billing page in My Account and sign in with your Covenant Eyes username and password.
- You can choose Screen Accountability (our monitoring software) or Screen Accountability and Filtering (our website filter). Choose monthly or yearly billing and tap "Review and Pay."
- Enter your card information. Just so you know, your state may require us to charge you sales tax.
- Enter your billing address, email, and phone number, and tap "Save."
- Great! You restarted your subscription. Remember to install Covenant Eyes on your devices.
