How do I remove an Ally?

You can remove an Ally by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the Accountability tab, selecting the member, selecting Settings, and tapping the trash can next to "My ally."

Before You Begin

• At any point in time, all members can remove themselves from being an Ally for other members and remove their allies.
  
  
• Admins cannot remove Allies for members on their account. Members must remove their Allies themselves.
  
  
• When you remove an Ally, our system automatically emails them to let them know.

Remove an Ally

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
   
3. Tap the member's name you want to remove as an ally.
   
4. Tap their "My Ally" tag that contains the garbage can icon. 

   (To remove yourself from being an ally for a member, tap "I'm Their Ally," and then proceed to step #5.)

   
5. Tap "Confirm."
   
6. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
