The Account Admin (Admin) can make an existing member an Admin by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the Account tab, selecting the member, and checking the box next to "Manage my account."
Before You Begin
- Only the Admin can add new Admins.
- If the person you want to become an Admin isn't on your account, you must add them as a member before you can make them an Admin.
Add an Admin
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap the member's name that you want to make an Admin.
- Under Account Admins, tap the box next to "Manage my account." Select whether you want the member to be an Admin with you (co-Admins) or for you (give away your Admin permission).
- Tap "Confirm."
- We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
