How do I remove an Account Admin?

The Account Admin (Admin) can remove another Admin by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the Account tab, selecting the member, and unchecking the box next to "Manage my account."

Before You Begin

• Only Admins can remove other Admins.
  
  
• Every account must have at least one Admin.
  
  
• An Admin cannot remove their own Admin permission. Another Admin must remove it for you.

Remove an Admin

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap "Account."
   
3. Tap the member's name that you want to remove as an Admin.
   
4. Under Account Admins, un-check the box next to "Manage my account."
   
5. Tap "Confirm."
   
6. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
