How do I add an Ally or Filter Guardian for a Member?

The Account Admin (Admin) can add an Ally or Filter Guardian for a member by inviting them through the Victory app. Admins can do so by navigating to the Account tab, selecting the member, and tapping the "+ Invite an ally or filter guardian for (member's name)" button.

Before You Begin


  • Only the Admin can invite Filter Guardians for members by email or text invitation from their account.

  • The Admin can invite new Allies for members, or the members can invite new Allies themselves.

  • The Admin can also invite an Ally or a Filter Guardian for themselves via text message or email.

Invite an Ally or Filter Guardian for a Member


  1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.

  2. Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Tap the name of the member you want to invite an Ally or Filter Guardian for.

  4. Tap the "+ Invite an ally or filter guardian for (member's name)" button.

  5. Type in the person's full name in the Name field, type in their email address in the Email field, tap the box next to Their ally or Their filter guardian, or both.

  6. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set! Now, the new Ally/Filter Guardian must accept the email invitation
