Filter Guardians (Guardians) can remove a website from the Custom Website List by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the "People" tab, tapping "Profile" for the member, tapping "Custom Website List", and tapping the trash can icon next to the website name.
Before You Begin
- Only Guardians can remove blocked and allowed websites from the Custom Website List.
- Account Admins (Admins) can remove websites from their own Custom Website List because they are automatically assigned as their own Guardian.
Remove a Website
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap the "People" tab.

Select "Profile" for the person for whom you want to remove a website. (If you want to remove a website for yourself, tap your initials in the top-right corner, tap "Settings," and proceed to step #4.)

Tap "Custom Website List."
- Tap the trash can icon next to the website you want to remove.
- Tap "Confirm."

You'll see a confirmation message. Refresh Victory Shield™ on your devices to update the filter.
