How do I pay an overdue balance?

The Account Admin (Admin) can pay an overdue balance by logging into Victory Online, navigating to their Subscriptions page, and tapping "Update Credit Credit Card" or "Retry Payment."

Only the Admin can pay an overdue balance online. If a non-admin pays for Covenant Eyes, please contact Member Care for assistance.

1. Tap this link to go to your Subscriptions page in Victory and sign in with your existing username and password.
   
   
2. If you want to re-process the payment, tap "Retry payment." If you need to update your credit or debit card first, tap "Update credit card."
   
3. Select "Update."
   
4. Enter your card information.
   
5. Scroll down and tap "Save."
   
6. You'll see a confirmation message. Our billing system will automatically try to charge your new card your overdue balance. You're all set!
