The Account Admin (Admin) can change the billing email address by signing into victory.covenanteyes.com and navigating to the Billing Information page.
Before You Begin
- Only the Admin can change the billing email address.
- Your billing information and subscription options are not available in the Victory app. To manage them, please visit victory.covenanteyes.com.
Change the Billing Email

Tap this link to go to the Billing Information page on victory.covenanteyes.com. If prompted, sign in with your existing username and password.
- Scroll down, enter your new email into the "Billing Email" field, and tap "Save."
- You'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
