How do I remove a member's Uninstall Permission?

The Account Admin (Admin) can remove a member's Uninstall Permission by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the People tab, selecting the member, and unchecking the box next to "May uninstall."

Before You Begin


  • About Uninstall Permission: Read What is Uninstall Permission? to learn how it affects devices with Victory Shield™.
     
  • Admins Only: Only the Admin can remove a member's Uninstall Permission.
     
  • Admins: All Admins have Uninstall Permission; you cannot remove Uninstall Permission from an Admin.
     
  • No Services: Members with usernames set to No Services won't have the Uninstall Permission setting available; you won't see it in Victory.

Remove Uninstall Permission


  1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.

  2. Tap the "People" tab at the bottom of the screen, and then tap "Profile" under the member's name to remove their Uninstall Permission.

  3. Under Uninstall Permission, uncheck the box next to "May uninstall."

  4. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
