How do I accept an ally email invitation?

If you receive an ally and Account Admin (Admin) email invitation for the same member, accept the Admin invitation first to avoid having two profiles!

1. Go to your email inbox and open the ally invite email.
   
2. Tap “Yes! Let’s do this” on the email.
   
3. If you’re new to Covenant Eyes, tap “I don’t have a username and password.”
   

   If you have your own Covenant Eyes account or are already an ally for someone else: Type in your username, password, and tap "Sign in" to accept the invitation.

   
4. Type in your full name, choose a username, choose a password, and then tap “Create my secure log in.”
   
5. Then type in your email address and phone number, select a security question, and tap “Save & Accept Invitation.”
   
6. You’ll automatically sign in to our online member portal, My Account, and see a message about our Victory app. The Victory app allows allies to see the device activity of the person they're helping. Tap "Get the Victory app" to get Victory.
