The Account Admin (Admin) can invite an Ally or Filter Guardian (Guardian) for a member through the Victory app. Admins can do so by navigating to the People tab, selecting the member, and tapping the "+ Invite an ally or filter guardian for (member's name)" button.
Before You Begin
- Only the Admin can invite Guardians for members via email or text invitation.
- The Admin can invite new Allies for members, or the members can invite new Allies themselves.
- The Admin can also invite an Ally or a Guardian for themselves via text message or email.
- Anyone who is their own Guardian is automatically removed as their own Guardian when another Guardian is added and accepts the invitation.
Invite an Ally or Filter Guardian for a Member
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
- Tap the "People" tab at the bottom of the screen and then tap the "Profile" button for the member you want to invite an Ally or Filter Guardian for.
- Tap the "+ Support Network for (member's name)" button.
- Type the person's full name and email address in their respective fields. If you want to invite this person as an Ally, check the box next to "Their ally." If you want to invite this person as a Filter Guardian, check the box next to "Their filter guardian." Or if you want both, you can select both options. Then tap the blue "Send invitation" button.
- We'll save your changes automatically and send you a confirmation message. You're all set! Now, the new Ally/Filter Guardian must accept the email invitation.
