Why can't I get online on an iPhone®?

You may not be able to get online on an iPhone® with Covenant Eyes for multiple reasons. Review the following list to pinpoint the issue and get online: 

  1. Make sure your iPhone® is connected to the internet via WiFi or Cellular Data
  2. Make sure Airplane Mode is off
  3. Make sure that Safari is on in Screen Time (Apple's device controls); otherwise, Safari will be missing from the iPhone®
  4. Make sure Screen Time isn't restricting the website you're trying to load
  5. If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
  6. If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it
