You may not be able to get online on an iPhone® with Covenant Eyes for multiple reasons. Review the following list to pinpoint the issue and get online:
- Make sure your iPhone® is connected to the internet via WiFi or Cellular Data
- Make sure Airplane Mode is off
- Make sure that Safari® is on in Screen Time (Apple's device controls); otherwise, Safari® will be missing from the iPhone®
- Make sure Screen Time isn't restricting the website you're trying to load
- If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
- If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it
Airplanes' In-Flight WiFi is not compatible with Covenant Eyes. Unfortunately, the only way to connect and get online is to uninstall Covenant Eyes. We suggest speaking to your ally and communicating how you plan to use your devices when traveling.
